Why a Champagne / Mimosa Bar?
There are wine bars practically on every corner, and our personal experiences drive our entrepreneurial vision. As someone allergic to wine, the inability to celebrate with it sparked an idea.
At a restaurant one day, I told a server I wanted a mimosa but didn't like OJ — to which he suggested I try a "Sunset," champagne and cranberry juice. A love affair was born and sparked a creative journey to explore diverse flavors!
